OK, so i have a recently new build with a Deluxe mobo and an 850watt psu (full specs in my signature) i purchased this board partly due to the amount of usb 3 space to the rear, i've not even used half and its telling me there is not enough power to run a device, any ideas anyone?

I could understand if it was a hub, but its direct to mobo

Blue yetti microphone, i also have plugged in a c930e webcam, a hauppage hd pvr 2, my gaming controller receiver, plus a few other usb cables that are for taking data off of devices. Come to think of it, this has only happened since having the gaming receiver, but i still dont understand why there would not be enough power when these are mobo connectected devices

Yeah I have got them in USB 3.0 and they are all bundled together, i will be pulling my rig out today to clean it. i will adjust a couple of bits and replace the usb's but i still dont get why there would be insufficient power?

pvr has its own power, went through everything in the device manager 2 days ago and doubled checked all drivers due to witcher 3 crashing & bsoding my 980, managed to find a few which fixed that issue, but this problem still exists

well having pulled it apart, cleaned it, moved the gaming controller receiver over to usb 2 and played around with how the rest of the usb 3 stuff is placed in the back, think i've solved it, but also found one of the usb slots not picking up the mic, not sure if its actually not working or just couldn't pick up the mic, all usb slots are appearing in my device manager
