Question Asus Z10PE-D16WS does not boot bios upgrade?

Hi. I have this issue:

When I try to upgrade to E5-2687 WV4 2x it doesnt boot, not even make noise

On single V4 CPU it does boot

When I install E5-2666 V3 it will boot on both cpus.

Do I need to install bios 3204 first then install 4101 or directly to 4101?

My setup:

Asus Z10PE-D16WS
Kingston DDR4 16GBx2 RAMM ECC
Coolmaster EVO coolers
Dell 2U PSU 2x
RTX 3060 GPU
Samsung EVO 870 SSD

W7 Professional, need to upgrade to 10 or 11

I see no notes on any of the update versions that say you need to update to those versions first. Based on the update notes for each version I see no reason you cannot just go straight to 4101.

I have 3204 now on the bios, but still no boot on 2 cpus. on ONE V4 cpu I can boot. on 2 cpu NOT.

But on V3 Cpus I can boot both

Do I need 3101 before 3204 then?

I would just go straight to 4101.

Have you tried BOTH of your V4 CPUs to make sure that it isn't simply that one of them is bad?
