Solution

I can't help but can say that I have same problem using ASUS Z170-PRO and I m trying to fix it, if I manage to do it I will give my solution, have you tried clearing CMOS and then starting it without any drive, this is what I plan to do next so you might save me trouble

Here's exactly how I fixed it, I plugged my HDMI cable to the furthest most left port on my Graphics card. Then, once I saw that I had something shown on my screen, I plugged my Motherboard disk through an external disk reader, then pressed F8 right after I restarted the system by pressing reset. I picked my usb boot that had Windows 10 on it, installed it, and the rest is fixed.

Solution

Sadly I don't have GPU or disk reader, anyway I called support today and they said that for my problem it is probably bad motherboard and suggested me to contact seller for return.
