Either. C is mostly for mirrorless. I have a few of the B's for my D500.Nikon d7500, the battery drains even when it is connected to a computer via USB.
Should I replace the battery with EN-EL15c and EN-EL15b, will there be usb charging then?
As opposed to PC's, cameras have fantastic longevity. My D500 production as with all Canon and Nikon all DLSR cameras ended production in 2022. 2016-2022 was a good run for my D500. Great crop sensor camera still gets used frequently. Either battery can be used.Camera was released in 2017. What battery did the camera come bundled with? Check to see if the camera has any firmware versions pending update.
If your camera came bundled with a battery that's prior to the one's you've listed above, you should go for a replacement!
