Asus Z170-A booting problem

Hello guys,
Ever since I've built my machine in January 2017 I've had periodic booting failures. At random times when I boot my system up, the screen freezes when the Asus logo appears for the second time, and I can't access the BIOS or do anything until I shut it down and power it up again (the reset button just yields the same problem). After restarting about 10-20 times when this happens, the PC turns on and works normally, as it does when this problem doesn't happen. I thought the overclocking I did with the EZ-tuning wizard was the issue here, but I just disabled it completely by loading the default system configuration and it still freezes. Can somebody please help me?

If it helps, my system specs are:
Corsair graphite 780T
Asus Z170-A motherboard
Intel i7 6700K CPU
Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 amp extreme
Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I Wi-fi/Bluetooth card
Water 3.0 360 riing RGB edition cooler
Samsung 850EVO SSD
Seagate 2TB Hybrid Drive
Ballistix Sport 16GB DDR4 2400MHz x2 RAM
EVGA Supernova 650W Gold PSU

Sorry, I forgot to write down the psu. Just updated it on the original post. It's not a generic one. I'm taking it to technical support tomorrow, as I don't have any other power supply to test it with.
