Yh but will it support i5 6600k and can i still get Asus Z170 A
Yes, a case has no impact on the chosen CPU and no can't get put a ATX board in a ITX case. Given the low ratings of board owners on the Asus 170-A and the lack of an acceptable audio solution, I don't know why you would want to.
My mistake, had two threads going with the Asus board and one wanted to put it in an IPX case and I mixed the 2 threads up. But without a budget or other components listed, your questions are getting har to answer
1. With an ATX MoBo like the Asus 170-A, you want a ATX case. The best ATX case right now is the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe. last week it was $119, now its back up in the $140s range (black) and $150s (white). Read the review, nothing else even comes close. Three best on market fans, fan controller built in and built in LED and control system, ... amazing room, fits any GFX card and great cable routing.

If ya need cheaper, look at the Enthoo Pro which is available in varipous colors, starting at $87 ... white costs more but is gorgeous

The Luxe fits GFX cards up to 347mm (13.66") with HD cages in place and supports coolers up to 196mm tall
The Pro fits GFX cards up to 347mm (13.66") with HD cages in place and supports coolers up to 193mm tall
2. The Asus Z170-A I simple can not recommend. It has a substandard audio solution (ALC 892) which should be a disappointment to any gamer. It also is not very well received by people who own it based upon newegg user reviews.

I don't think you will find another board manufacturers that doesn't offer ALC1150 at this price range. All these do.
