Solution
You just won't have USB 3.0 on the front of the computer. There are still some USB 2.0 ports up there. That may or may not be a problem for you, I have no idea.

You will still have the USB 3.0 ports that the motherboard provides out the rear I/O.

With a little effort you can probably get a USB 3.0 cable and port set and install it so you do have front panel USB 3.0. You could install a USB 3.0 hub and have any number of ports wherever you want, etc...
Look you can either buy a new case or buy a converter for the MOBO, I would recommend getting a new case instead of running and searching for a converter(depend on country(marketing)) or even waiting for it to be delivered on the mail through ebay or where ever you buy it online. Get a case that supports a USB 3.0 and it will fix your problem.

They are only referring to the front panel USB connectors that are included in the case. The motherboard will still have all its own ports coming out of the rear I/O.

What do you want to do?

Getting a part that will fit your exact case is going to be tricky, but they should be out there, most use fairly standard spacing on the USB ports, but they usually bundle audio and sometimes SD card slots on front panel headers.

If you need more ports you can buy a standalone PCI expansion bracket with USB 3.0 or anything else you want.
