ASUS z170m-plus BIOS help

I have an ASUS z170m-plus motherboard. i recently finished a build and i was messing around in the uefi. I Ran the EZ tuning wizard and then when it restarted my computer automatically nothing came back on. Im not sure what to do at this point.

All of my fans are ON and RUNNING
My LED strips connected to my mobo are also lighting up

Clear the CMOS. See page 1-12 of the downloadable Z170M-PLUS User's manual (English).
