I have an asus z370-a and everthing is set up however I have 3 case fans and only 2 case fan headers where should I plug in the 3rd case fan? I do have a m.2 fan 4 pin header free as well.

You can get a SATA to fan header adapter. Just plug the SATA end on one of your SATA plugs from the PSU and then hook the fans up to the headers on the adapter. It also makes cable management nice because you can hide all of the fan connections behind the case.

If you PSU has molex connections, you can use this adapter that will work the same way.
