I have already done the checklist, and when I turn on the PSU, and turn on the pc, all it shows is the left side mobo vanity lights, and the standby lights, none of the others turn on. The ones that I am talking about are here: https://imgur.com/a/1LI8s

Try testing the board outside the case, case fans not connected.

I have before, it doesn't work. I have tried it outside of case, only gpu, cpu, ram, and cpu cooler.
