Hello,

I recently built a new PC. I have the Asus z370-A II motherboard. When I downloaded the audio drivers the installation was successful, however I am missing the audio manager. The reason I need it is because my speakers on the left side are further away from me than on my left and I need to set the volume.

I tried several different drivers for both the z370-a II and I. gen. When I go check in task manager I only see Realtek HD audio universal service.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,
thanks for the reply. I have a stable connection and have restarted several times. I did find a workaround. If I type "RtkNGUI64 " into search in file explorer I get the application which I can then manually start. It does start and work but Im not sure if it starts itself with windows.

Will report back once I know more.

So a bit of an update to anyone having a similar problem. I found a workaround. It's not really a solution but I just can't get the application to start any other way.

So as previously mentioned the application is installed but it doesen't start on it's own. I had to type "RtkNGUI64" into file explorer to find and start it. Now I simply created a shortcut and added it to the startup folder.

It's a bit of a hassle to minimise the app everytime I start the PC but at least I have bearable sound from both sides now.
