Asus Z370-E unberable wifi

So, I recently built my new PC and ive noticed that my connection is much slower on my current computer than my old one, yet it is in the exact same place as before. I've tried numerous things including checking for driver updates, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and everything else I can think of. I dont know exactly what the problem is but I know the problem is caused by my PC

is it the same motherboard as in the old PC that you just took out and put into the new one?
Is it a new case?
There could be interference from the case if it's a new case.
If it's a completely separate board, then the chip on it isn't as good as the other one, or, if you also have a new case on top of this, it could be causing interference on top of that.

More information as to what hardware changed and what didn't between the old PC and this new one would be great.
