ASUS Z87-A LGA 1150 OPEN BOX with no warranty. Is it worth it?

I've actually had this board in mind for a bit and just found it selling open box, says save $18 but its actually about $35 in savings. The problem is I won't put this board to use before the 30-day return policy, and there is no warranty available. Think its worth the risk or if there is much a risk at all?
