Try 5-Way via Ai Suite. You can change target voltages, frequency, stress test duration, AVX load, memory test options etc in the advanced section. I'd see how far it gets on defaults and then make changes. If it does not sit well with your parts you can always clear CMOS and do things manually.
Thanks for the help guys, given the issues I'm having with my Windows 8.1 industry pro windows updates not responding constantly, and seemingly chewing up my CPU (reaches 85% usage at some point just running update) I'll wait a little before Overclocking.
If anyone has a fix for that I'm all ears though. Also what is the safest clocking to put it on with a NH-D14 cooler?

What do you mean safest clocking? NH-D14 is a great heatsink, will definitely keep CPU cool.
