Nvidia Geforce gtx 960
ASUS Z97-P
Intel Core i5-4690k 3.5 ghz
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power BQT L8-CM 730W
Crucial 250GB SSD
Seagate ST 1TB
and i dont know what RAM i have its an hyperX 16GB (bought the pc 2 years ago and wanted to upgrade the graphics card)

RTX 2070 has terrible value at the moment. You can almost get GTX 1080 ti for that money, which is better (in currently available games).
Or you can get GTX 1080 for significantly less money and it performs about the same (in current games).

Unless you definitely need that raytracing tech..
