Asus Z97 Pro Gamer vs. MSI Z97 SLI Krait Edition

Hi,

I'm going to build my own gaming PC and now I got a question:

Wich of the two Mobos mentioned is better, and why? The Asus Z97 Pro Gamer or the MSI Z97 SLI Krait Edition. I know I should not care about the looks of my PC that much, but I would really love to get the white/black MSI with an NZXT H440 in white/black more than the Asus red/black one with the H440 red/black.

If there is a big difference between these two, I will get the better one of course. I also want to do some overclocking as far as I can possibly get with a stable system. Therefore I have an i5 4690K and a Corsair H100i.

Heard nothing but good on the Pro Gamer, but lots of problems with the Krait, especially with people OCing and using higher end components

I finally bought and got the following parts last week:

MSI Z97S Sli Krait Edition
Intel Core i5 4690K
Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming Edition
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600MHz CL9 2x8GB Dual Channel Kit Silver
EVGA SuperNova 750G2

I'm really happy with my build, it all runs very nice and I even got 4.4 GHz with 1.180V on my CPU, stable and on good temps. If you want to know more, let me know

Oh, I just remembered something:

As I put in my GPU, it was kind of blocked off by the Sata Ports on the Mobo and I had some troubles getting it to fit into the PCI Slot so that it snaps in. Because of the pressure I had to apply, I of course also had some issues with getting it out again, but still it was possible.
