Asus z97a socket

Ha i havet bought a i7 4790k and a Asus z97a.
Ive put The cpu in The socket but when i try to "close" it the cover feels like it pushes against The cpu and its Hard to close it.

Hopefully that made senaste.

it made to push the cpu into the pins and pop the top dusk cover off. as a tech first time i used a msi mb and a g3258 chip i thought i was damimng the chip. it take a little force to lock and pop the dust cover off.

Yeah i watched some videos on how to do it and realized that you had to use some force. I was just afraid i was damaging the cpu 😛. But it works nicely now
