ASUS ZenFone 3 Charging Speed affected by RAM?

Hi, So my charging speed went really slow as time passes by but I ignored it, since I wanted to root my phone I was forced to wipe out my data. The old ram is 2.0 to 2.1 out of 3.5GB and the reformatted one is 1.5 to 1.6 out of 3.5GB, and fast charging like how it is when I bought the phone, does ram usage affect charging speed?

Charging speed is not influenced by RAM, at least not directly.
Charging speed is however influence by the running apps in background.
The more your phone is doing something the slower the charging speed will be.
The more apps you have running in the background usually, the higher the RAM usage will be.
RAM usage is a kind of an indication related to possible disturbances on battery stamina or charging speed but not cause.

Similar effect is also noticeable on battery stamina on standby and screen on time.
