Athlon II memory support

would PC-5300 667 RAM work with an athlon II 630?
i currently have an m61p-s3 mobo (gigabyte website states that the athlon II 635 2.9GHZ is compatible with bios ver F7F) along with an amd 6000+ and 2gb of kingston DDR2 PC 5300.

Yes. It should work fine. I don't notice much difference in speed comparing pc5300 to pc6400.
