Athlon X4 750K vs FX-4300

Wich of these CPUs is better? The 750k or the FX-4300 ?

they both offer similar performance, same core numbers even similar clock frequencies and caches... however I'd say go for fx4300 since it is a newer socket type AM3+ but athlon is FM2 socket, which is harder upgrade in the future and also fx4300 is slightly performing better. 750K is on the other hand a bit cheaper cpu.
