Hello Tomshardware' Forum.

Im building a PC and I want to ask something about what to get.
The system will be :
Aerocool CS-102 (Budget case, I don't want anymore) 25€
Aerocool AE-550 44€
Asrock B350M-Pro4V / Asus Prime B350-A 80 / 76€
Gigabyte RX 560 2GB 120€
4GB DDR4 2666MHz / 2400MHz 40 / 37€ (That will actually be upgraded to 8 later on)
And a 500GB HDD (Already have) that will be coupled with a 128GB SSD Later on.
And I want to ask: Should I get the Ryzen 3 1200 for 115€ or the Athlon X4 950 for 60€?
If I get the R3 I will get an Asrock Mobo that can OC with it, and if I get the 950 I will get a Asus Mobo that can OC it and I will get the 2666MHz RAM against the 2400MHz that the 950 can support if the R3 is what I should get.
I also live in Greece and prices are up to pretty high levels, so don't get impressed by that.

Any help Appreciated,
Manos writes.

Edit : The PC will be for Gaming and I want it to last for 2-3-4 years before having to upgrade the MB/CPU/GPU, even if I play future games on their ABSOLUTE lowest. Im also interested on a little bit of Youtubing with this PC, just some montages so have these 2 things on mind, thanks.

Solution
The athlon is just a excavator refresh nothing new still gets beat by the true budget king pentium g4560, unless your planning to jump from athlon then straight to ryzen 5 in less than a year then go with the athlon but otherwise if your not planning to upgrade for a while then its worth to save up for the ryzen 3, the OC you get will make it last in terms of just gaming

Well, Not gonna get the X4 950 because prices are high up now here in Greece. Its 65-70€ and I will need a 20-30€ cooler to OC and not have a jet engine in my room, so it goes up to 100€, and I have to get an Asus board that are also higher up in prices here, so it's just the same price as R3 with a normal board. NOT WORTH. Thanks for the help everyone, have a good day. Also G4560 100€ here so Intel dead at budget things since X4 950 and Ryzen 3 1200 have 4 cores and including coolers 'n stuff they are same at price so no.

Not entirely true... its on am4, which has a great upgrade path. If he wants better peformance he can get the 60$ am4 athlon, and then get an r3 later on... its only 100$ simple. 60$ -109$ anyday for 25% performance. The 950 isnt as u people make it out to be.. its a solid budget 1080p high gaming cpu. Nothing less, paired with a 1050 ti. And ur set.

Most ppl above have no idea baout athlon value. It is the best cpu for 560 or 1050. When mildly oced to 4.0-4.1 it is same as pentium g4560. When oced to 4.8 its as fast as i3 7100. To give u perspective i say 1200 oc is perfect fit for 570/1060 3 gb and those gpus are twice as fast as 560[https://youtu.be/WFRXzR8D8kw].

I suggest u go for athlon and squeeze 8 gb ram as fast as u can.

I didnt say it was great cuz it isnt, but ita good enough to get on the am4, platform like i said...
