ATI 102 A676(B) assistance

I've tried many times to install the drivers for this card but it keeps failing. I've basic knowledge in hardware and software but nothing I do seems to work. I've looked in the Device Manager but no adapters are shown.

I have a (?) Video Controller and a (?) Video Controller (VGA Compatible) but neither find the drivers to operate them. I really need assistance.

What other things do you need specified, if any?

I guess, one of the driver is Intel GMA X3100 onboard IGP. The other should be AMD's Radeon 9xxx or X1xxx series. Doesn't your OEM computer has the driver installer disc?

If so, go to intel.com and amd.com to detect your video card (There should be some java script or sth which can detect your gfx online) and download the specific driver.
