ATI catalyst drivers

Hello,
I recently upgraded to windows 8 a box keeps coming up saying I need to install or reinstall the ATI Catalyst Converter. I can't afford to buy these right now my Acer Aspire 2012 Laptop keeps hanging and starting up slow. Can anyone tell me what to do?

You don't have to buy anything. Uninstall the ATI drivers and download the latest.

lol those are drivers... You probably could have googled it first to find out what they are.
