ATI Onboard Graphics not detected.

Hi Guys, im completely new with hardware stuff.

My Motherboard, Gigabyte, GA-78-LMT-USB3 6.0 according to specification, has ATI Radeon 3000 1 GB Onboard Graphics.
I've got the computer running but, all I see right now is ATI AtomBios 256 MB graphics, instead of whats mentioned in specs.

I'm using DXDIAG command to see what hardware is detected..

I also tried to alter UMI graphics memory in BIOS, changed from default(256MB) to 1024 MB.

I uspect, because the onboard graphics is not detected, im currently stuck with 1024x768 widened screen. And the computer display does not show any resolution option of 16x9 ratio.

Please help.

If yes, what device is listed in Device Manager, under Display Adapters?
