hello, i just installed an ATI Radeon HD 3450 graphics card, im running windows 7 on an intel core 2 duo with 4gb ram. i get a bsod about a quater of the way through the driver installation

i am aware that these are 64 bit drivers, my computer is running 64 bit windows
