ATI Radeon hd 5450 is a 1GB DDR3 problem

i have ATI Radeon hd 5450 is a 1GB DDR3 problem : when i using pc for playing or watching videos or using internet the screen become Black it happen every 10 seconds or less . please Help i can't play or doing any thing .🙁

Did this just start, or were you able to play video OK before? Have you installed all the video driver updates, codecs and Windows updates?

okay, so after you installed it you went to windows update and downloaded all the updates it had for your machine?

I have the graphic card ATI Radeon HD5450. This is very good card it plays games very well but when i play any HD movie in MKV format the image of movie become like this

But movies does not play properly.
I have tried 2 things to solve this problem first i downloaded the latest drviers but same problem remain and second I again open the card and fit again but nothing happen.
I am using HP dx2400 Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHZ
Ram 2GB
OS windows 7 ultimate x32bit
Built in Power Supply

Please Help ME
