My graphics card ATI radeon hd 6870 requires 2x 6 pin power connectors.
My PSU has just 4x 4 pin power connectors.
What to do?

That is not a make/model. That is its supposed wattage rating.

In all likelihood, you need a new PSU. One with the proper connectors and wattage.

What is your budget for such a replacement?

The graphics card is not installed right now.

That PSU is made by PowerKing and I have not found a single review of it which makes it dodgy at best.
It will certainly not be fit to use with a GPU that need 2x 6pin connectors, especially if it's already (guessing) more than 9-10 years old.

Yup, that's for the recycling center. Don't try any funny business with adapters if you want to keep being the owner of a computer.
