On stock everything I get 5700 on 3DMark06 😀

I've never tried overclocking before and I'm gonna try today, I was just wondering if any of you knew of any good tutorials for beginners :/

I hope to squeeze a bit more out of my processor than 2.82 GHz. My friend keeps boasting about his 2.92GHz San Diego 4000+ and I'm sittin on a 2.8 GHz. Kind of sad. Hopefully I can square away some limitations that are keeping me from getting there if my chip isnt the limititation, after all, every OC is different.

If it will make you feel any better and even though its not much difference tell your friend I have my Sandiego 4000+ at 3ghz 8) this is on stock air cooling mind you.

I am currently awaiting for my artic freezer pro to get here from newegg.

Check my sig. I have not yet tried software volt mod through ATITool, but that's coming soon. This is on stock cooling. I don't know about any BIOS flashes to up a x1900xt to xtx, but then again I don't know everything. 😀 Temps top out at 72 Celsius under load in Oblivion.
