Attempting to factory restore my Cyberpower PC

Hi,
A couple of days ago, during an essential windows 7 update, my power went out and my pc hasn't been the same since. I've been trying to do a factory restore but I can't find a particular solution for my computer. My manufacturer is cyberpower and the processor is amd. I'm pretty sure I need to hit a function key on startup, but I'm not sure which. Any solutions?

have u tried going to

control panel, recovery, open system restore

then restoring ur system to the first backup avail the day of or before the date of the power outage. usually before all updates a system restore point is created automatically and they will show up here. (this will change system files only, should not effect ur personal files but always good to do a backup of files before trying stuff) easier to try first then a whole system reinstall.
