atx 4pin connector

Everything is connected. The problem is with my atx 12v 4pin connector. When its connected nothing happens. When its disconnected some things start running.

Try starting the board out of the case (for ruling out a short), only CPU and CPU fan (stock) installed. See if the CPU fan is spinning when starting the board.
