Hey guys. Need some help. So basically, I have lost one of my modular cables for Pci-e (cft-650-14cs), now, can I use different cable, in different place to power GPU.

Also, New GPU 1080ti 11GB

Solution

1. You need to use the correct cable as these ports are wired differently to provide different power
2. That psu can in NO WAY power a 1080ti anyways since it's a really low quality unit on the borderline of firehazard territory and since you lost the cable you might as well replace it with a QUALITY unit. What are your system specs so we can recommend you a proper unit?

Thats what I thought. K, I got i7 6700k ON z170a with 12Gb ram, 1Tb with 125ssd.

I am ON budget. What about these two?

Chieftec GPS750C powersmart series(cheaper)

Or Deepcool Gamerstorm DQ850W?

Cooler Master ATX 2.31 Vanguard 850W RS850-AFBAG1-EU (most expensive)

What's the budget? None will work except the vanguard but that is way way way overkill for your system in terms of wattage.
