Hi, so im building new pc and now im wondering should i build Atx pc instead of Itx which I was planning to go with before? Motherboard will be Asus Z170 Pro Gaming, Atx or Itx version.

Itx case would be more stylish and smaller than full Atx, atleast in my case (haha - case), but with Atx I could go with 240mm watercooler instead of 120mm .
Another thing what im concerned about is AIO cooler - Gpu clearance. My 120mm watercooler is 5,2cm thick and space for that is less than 5,4 😀

But yeah the main question is Atx or Itx? Why?

Other Specs:
I7-6700K
2x8GB DDR4
Gtx 1060

Thanks

Personally my next build will likely be a ITX. I'm sick and tired of ginormous ATX cases.

In terms of trade offs there are only 3 that may or may not matter to you.
1) limited space for HDD/SDD. ITX cases can usually only handle 2 2.5" drives. Though for me I already have a NAS set up so this is a non issue for me.
2) limited space means limited cooling. If you want to overclock ITX is not for you period. But if you don't care about overclocking then it's a non issue.
3) Single GPU. Personally I think Crossfire/SLI is pointless and you are better off just buying the single most powerful card you can rather than dealing with the added complication of a dual card setup.
They serve very different purposes - and I think you've covered that.

ATX
Pros - upgradeability, SLI, CF (if you desire), more RAM support (generally) and support for larger coolers (depending on the case),

Cons - Size

ITX
Pros - Smaller, 'stylish' (depending on the case), fits more in a living room environment, wifi tends to be on board
Cons - lack of upgradeability for GPUs, RAM, limited to either stock, low-profile or 120mm max (in some cases) coolers.

Generally speaking ATX is preferred for the upgradeability, cooling solutions etc.

But only you can decide what's right for you.

I agree, I recently completed a new build w/ a FULL case. That case, takes up a lot of physical space and weights a ton. My next build will defiantly be a ITX case. I seen some trick-out ITX cases and started to see a few ITX form factor video cards as well.

The cabinet also plays a role in ITX.
For GTX 1060 you don't need to think about SLI. When you're using 2*8GB memory you can't add more memory unless by throwing away the current memory sticks.
I'm a fan of Asus, but for your good you must need to consider that what kind of devices are going to connect especially the USB ports and their versions. Also make sure that you will get enough SATA and M.2 ports.
