(AU) Rate my soon-to-be rig

Hey everyone,

With the help of people on the forums, I've designed this rig.

It'll be used for recording and editing gameplay.

My budget was $800-$900 and I've already exceeded it, so if there is anything I can do to reduce the price but keep the performance, voice it here.

Keep in mind, I live in Australia, so parts elsewhere may be a different price, if not available where I am.

similar to above but i would go with an fx 8320 or 8350.
for the money the amd based rig would be better value.

what about the ssd?

You don't get one for that sort of money unless you sacrifice something else eg the graphics card. The cpu and gpu are the main components. You can always add a ssd later - get 120gb though.

I see. Also, is there a Geforce GPU that is equivalent to the one in this build? Because I'm planning on recording with Shadowplay.

You'd have to jump down to a gtx750Ti
