As far as I know it's not physically possible to have such control over the audio volume.

Only thing you can do is adjust the volume in the player for each of those tabs, whatever player you are using (YouTube, Netflix, etc...) should have it's own volume slider to adjust independent of system volume.

• There are extensions on chrome webstore , with names Volume Controller or Manager and more you may use them.
• You, please carefully read what data these extensions gather, for privacy and security reasons and then only install them at your own risk.
• But as hang-the-9 said, in above reply
• Is the safest method without any privacy issues and also you won't need extensions.
• Most of the websites have video player with volume control.
