Audio and Mouse lag when opening up a program. Dual 144hz monitor setup!

So I have both 144hz monitors hooked up to my gtx 1080 and whenever I open up a program, like OBS for example, I get this mouse and audio lag/stutter before the program opens up. I don't seem to have an issue when running with just one monitor but I really want to incorporate the 2nd monitor without having this issue! HELP PLS!

edit: nvm it does happen when i only have one monitor too

its just the strain on the cpu and gpu, sorry but i don't know of any fixes apart from upgrading

which CPU you have it looks like when you open a program the CPU usage gets at 100% results in lag
