Audio balance (left/right) is wrong everytime!

So every time I boot up windows, I have to go to audio settings etc, to re-calibrate my audio balance because every time the left channel is 10% lower than the right! I don't know what's wrong! Can someone help?

right click on the sound symble on the task bar and select "sounds"

in playback devices find your sound output and select property's

go over to enhancements and try putting a check box by "disable all enhancements"
go over to spacial sound and make sure it is off

reboot pc is issue fixed?
