MY BUILD:

Motherboard:
ASrock B650M PG Riptide WiFi Link

Ram: G.Skill Flare X5 AMD Expo 32GB (16x2) DDR5 6000 (Is overclocked to 6000 via BIOS using EXPO preset) Link

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X (No Overclocking) Link

GPU: ASRock Challenger D Radeon RX 6700 XT (Use AMD Adrenaline software to keep drivers updated) Link

SSD For Windows: Samsung - 970 EVO Plus 1TB Link

CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 240 Link

PSU: CORSAIR RM 1000e 1000W Link

DOWNLOADED SOFTWARES AFTER FRESH WINDOWS 11 INSTALL

--Discord --steam --Chrome --BattleState Launcher (escape from tarkov) --Tidal Music --AMD Adrenalin Addition for GPU Drivers/updates

BIOS Settings: Only thing changed from default is setting AMD Expo to "on" for RAM speed 6000

The Issue: ive been building PC's for about 7 years now, and ive learned alot, but this is something that has stumped the hell out of me. The issue is that after a night of the PC being off (so i turn it off at night, and next morning i power it back on) i have to essentially restart it 3 times to fix the issues that come up, and EVERY TIME its in the same order, and EVERY TIME, these same issues come up every time my PC is powered down for an extended period of time.

First Issue/Restart: Audio Crackles, both on receiving and sending end (friend on discord hears the crackles when i speak, thats the best way i can describe it, is crackles with every audio sound i play, netflix, video games, discord voice from friend, its all the same. hard power down fixes issue.

Second Issue/Second Restart: Laggy computer, example. If i open a chrome tab and drag it from one end of my monitor to the other, its as if the PC is struggling to hit even 20 FPS, if i try to game when its acting like this itll usually result in a PC system crash. Hard Reset again fixes this issue, previous audio issue is still fixed during this period.

Third Issue/Restart: usually a combo of the above 2, minor audio crackles every so often, often game crashes with no warning/struggling. i can be playing war thunder, halo, escape from tarkov etc etc perfectly fine and then bam, game just crashes with no warning, no previous stuttering or performance issues. Hard reset again usually fixes this.

so after all those restarts the PC usually works fine, as long as i don't turn it off again for a period of time.

Things Ive tried with no perma fixes

--Reinstalling windows both via download and via USB stick

--updating drivers using ASROCK driver updater AND windows updater, usually no updates needed, but still no results

--Uninstalling and reinstalling AMD Adrenaline addition (using DDU in safe mode)

--Updating BIOS to latest ASROCK update (September 2023)

SOME OF THE BSOD ERRORS I'VE NOTICED

sometimes im lucky with a BSOD that i get to see what caused it, unfortunately i didnt remember to write them down, but its usually one of three. i dont know how to see what they were, but ill gladly do what i have to, to get you the info.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! ♥ If you need additional info please let me know, ill do what i can

You might download sysinternals suite: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/sysinternals-suite
The tools included in this are good to have even if there's nothing there to resolve your problem. One of the tools included is autoruns.

"Autoruns - See what programs are configured to startup automatically when your system boots and you login. Autoruns also shows you the full list of Registry and file locations where applications can configure auto-start settings."

You might try using autoruns and see what programs are loaded at startup and then see if one of them has any effect on your problem. At any rate, you can't go wrong by having these programs in your toolbox.

i did this and disabled AMD Audio Suppression and left my PC off for a day, powered back on and so far no issues, no stutters or audio, is it possible this one start up program was the issue? i find that so hard to believe but so far so good, as this has NEVER happened (the PC working properly on first start up after being off for 8+ hours) ill keep this post updated if it changes, but so far so good, thank you Dale ♥

update- as soon as i posted this, the crackles are indeed back, i think ill just end up selling the PC parts one by one and do an Intel build with NVIDIA GPU, like the one before this one, thank you all!
