So as I'm typing this really weird stuff is happening to my PC. Out of nowhere I see certain parts of my monitor "flashing". I just played a game of CS:GO and my audio kept cutting off and I could hear a static noise for a split second. In addition my monitor went black a couple of times for 2 seconds or so while playing and when normally browsing on desktop. I want to know if this is an issue with the graphics card or the PSU so that I'm sure what I have to return/ RMA. Thanks.

Perhaps check to see how many audio drivers you have installed. If you have more than one, please uninstall all but one. Some video cards like to install their own audio driver, which can cause driver conflicts.

The last time I updated/changed drivers was like 2 months ago and the issue started about 2 days ago so I don't think that's the case. For now I removed my CPU OC and underclocked my GPU to see if there is any difference and will update further.

Btw in the title where it says "static like artifacts" I mean noise - like that on old TVs when there is no signal.

Yes, it is I doubled checked everything and replugged. That doesn't really explain why my screen turns off and shows pixel stuff.

I did a clean install of drivers when you said, and it is still the same. I'm pretty much 99% sure that the problem lies within the GPU. Is there a possibility that it could be the PSU though?
