So as I'm typing this really weird stuff is happening to my PC. Out of nowhere I see certain parts of my monitor "flashing". I just played a game of CS:GO and my audio kept cutting off and I could hear a static noise for a split second. In addition my monitor went black a couple of times for 2 seconds or so while playing and when normally browsing on desktop. I want to know if this is an issue with the graphics card or the PSU so that I'm sure what I have to return/ RMA. Thanks.

If this is happening frequently (no matter what you are doing with the computer)and updating your graphics drivers doesn't resolve the issue, my suggestion would be to take the graphics card out of the system and run your monitor off the onboard graphics. This will tell you immediately if the issue resides with your graphics card.
The last time I updated/changed drivers was like 2 months ago and the issue started about 2 days ago so I don't think that's the case. For now I removed my CPU OC and underclocked my GPU to see if there is any difference and will update further.
Btw in the title where it says "static like artifacts" I mean noise - like that on old TVs when there is no signal.
