Question Audio Devices Disconnecting & Reconnecting

So starting today I am encountering this problem where my Recording Devices would Disconnect and Reconnect Rapidly and I have looked all over the internet for a solution and I dont know what else I am going to try, can any one guide me to the right direction please ?

as seen in the gif below everything keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Both for Microphones and Speakers, the only reason I have sound atm is because I use HDMI for the sound but when Ever I plug a sound device into a USB port it does the same.

OS is Windows 10

I have a GTX 1080 Graphix card
MSI 7370 Mobo
16GB Ram
i7 CPU Intel

the Audio devices that keep doing whats in the gif are both Cameras with a built in Mic so when ever my PC is detecting a mic it keeps randomly disabling them. and this is all through USB.
