Audio isn';t working on newly built PC

So my brother and I finally built my PC and everything is fine but when i plug in headphones into headphones jack on the case, no sound is coming out, what should I do?

Make sure that you have the drivers installed for the audio card. That would be my first guess.

it is installed i check the drivers manager

If you checked the drivers, the system has to be recognizing the sound card. Have you tried different headphones and/or speakers?
