So today my computer had a restart after windows update and something is now wrong with my default audio.
I'm using a Z370 AORUS Gaming 5 motherboard with a headphone connected through a headphone amplifier to the audio line out jack.
In the volume settings my chosen output is speakers, when I ping the volume bar I get no sound also no visual measure for the ping.
If I choose a different output like Realtek Digital Output I can see the visual measure when I click the bar. but that's not the correct output.
When I open the speaker properties, under advanced tab I have a test button and I can hear that sound.
most programs or games I tried had sound working. but Chrome for some reason has no sound.
I tried looking at the sound settings and the correct device (Speakers) is chosed as the default device.
I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek audio drivers.
