Question Audio problem when entering games

Hello a friend of mine bought new dual channel ram 2x8GB 3200Mhz. But when he enters games he hears a sort of buzzing sound only when he is in games we tried to lower the mhz and the voltage, preinstalled the computer and it is still there . Also tried other headphones and the monitor as a speaker there is still buzzing only in the headphones he said that when he was putting in the ram at first the computer didn't power so disassembled it and put back but did tightend a few screws on the motherboard that were a bit loose.

Motherboard board:asrock a320m pro 4
CPU:amd ryzen 5 2600
Ram: patriot viper steel 2x8 Gb 3200mhz

Where exactly is the buzzing? Does it come out of the speaker/headphones? The computer? The monitor?
