Please read all before answering.
So I have recently been noticing some audio pops, cracks, or whatever it may be called.
Essentially when I am watching a video (on any platform, firefox, chrome, videoplayer, etc.) I get little audio cracks. I feel like I haven't heard them when playing video games though or listening to spotify, but this may be just because audio is more constant then.
When I really noticed this problem I was watching a twitch stream and something about the streamers mic seemed to make my audio crack. And before you suggest that the streamer had a bad mic or something realize that I have the audio problem other places too. Like youtube.
It seems like any sort of video + audio combination equals crackling.

So here's what I've done so far to try and fix this:
I've updated all drivers audio, video, all of them.
I've ran a latency monitor and it showed everything was good.
I've tried changing formats, disabling audio enhancements, and even disabling all the audio inputs that I don't use, such as realtek and my audio port on my monitor.
I've also tried plugging my usb dongle for my wireless headset into different usb ports.

Things to mention:
Whenever I slide a volume slider around on a website, example twitch.tv, the audio crackles a lot. Don't know if this means anything but it sorta recreates what happens normally.

I have realtek audio on my pc but I am not using it, I am currently using hyperX cloud flight wireless headphones with a usb dongle. THIS ISSUE has been happening before purchasing these with wired headphones. As a matter of fact, when I used the wired ones the crackling was even more frequent.
At first I thought my audio port was just broken but no matter where I plugged it in it was having problems, and now that I'm using wireless I see that the problem is something else completely.

I think it's the motherboard.
And I guess if so there's not much I can do about it?
I'll be doing more testing so I'll see if anything comes up.
Thanks for any help in advance.
