We're going to need more info. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

To answer your question, we're also going to need to know the ram kits you're looking at since not all kits are the same and are distinguished by a part number and/or SKU. A link to the two branded ram kits you've mentioned above would help us two fold.

What are the Blue Screen stop codes and error messages. They can help diagnose faults. Take a photo quickly the next time a BSOD appears.

If you're running an XMP memory overclock, try switching it off and configure your RAM for the lower JEDEC default speed. It can make systems more stable, especially if you've got 4 sticks of RAM installed or you're trying XMP overclocks that are too fast.

If your G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo is running at 6000MT/s, this might cause instability. Switch off XMP, go back to 4800MT/s and see what happens.

You can check RAM stability by booting from a USB memory stick containing MemTest86. Run a full scan (several hours). Any errors, reduce the RAM speed and run MemTest86 again until zero errors.
