Audio: What other hardware do I need for use with Countryman E6 headset?

I'm wanting to use a Countryman E6 headset through a laptop (MacBook Pro) for Webinars via Zoom platform. I would prefer to hardwire it rather than have to mess with charging a wireless device. I have a Neewer NW02-1A 2-channel audio board, but it has no 3.5 mm female socket so not sure if I can just plug the headset directly into my laptop port or whether I need to run it through the audio board.

That is a headset made to connect to a transmitter. Don't think there is a way to plug that headset into a standard audio out on a laptop. You can check support for the product on their web page to double check.
