Discussion aura sync

hello everyone this is nothing hardware related but is anyone else having trouble with aura sync? i bought some gskill trident z rgb ram sticks and now aura sync doesnt want to open. it was opening when i saw you can only do so little with that software i decided to download gskill software for the rgb lighting and thats when aura didnt wanted to work. i uninstalled gskill software and from there aura didnt wanted to open up. i have uninstalled it and re installed it multiple times and nothing seem to work so please any help would be much appreciated

is anyone else having problem with aura sync? i bought trident z rgb and now my mobo is just in bllue light for the rgb and i cant even open up asus aura. it says :asus aura is not working" says its checking the problem and then closes out. i hear aura is a crappy software for rgb. anyone know how to fix it? or is anyone else getting the same problem?
