Hello,

Is there a free or open source software that I can set it to keep on scrolling a browser and software (e.g. telegram desktop) at a speed?

Is there a physical roller that can attach to my mouse to keep on scrolling the mouse wheel?

For example, I want to keep on scrolling to load all the page/messages/comments so that the whole page is loaded.

Some sites or software do not load finish unless I scroll to that area, after everything is loaded then I use Ctrl+F to find the keyword I am interested in reading.

Click mouse wheel to scroll does not work in all software and difficult to control the speed, long messages need some time to load then can scroll again to load again.

Thank you.

Your mouse already has that feature. Click mouse button 3 (which is down on the scroll wheel itself), then move the mouse around to change speeds.
That feature does not work for all software, not fully working telegram desktop.

That feature hard to control the speed too because some site during scroll down to the end it have a slight pause like 1 to 2 seconds to load the next bottom area then can scroll again.

Telegram desktop apparently has auto scrolling under experimental settings (Settings > Advanced > Experimental settings) but just like with a browser the window to be auto-scrolled must be the focus. Click away and it stops.

The pause is the same as you get when manually scrolling and have to wait for more on the page to load. If you wait until it reaches the end and everything's loaded, then there should be no more pauses when you scroll up and down.

I went to (Settings > Advanced > Experimental settings) but I did not see any auto scrolling options, nothing about scrolling, what is the exact words of the feature that you see? (using windows 10 pro, telegram desktop version 5.9 x64)

Ctrl-Home only goes one page up in Telegram. To get to the top you have to use the "beginning" option in the calendar or search the calendar for an early date like years ago.

Huh, it appears not all Telegram users get access to all of the Experimental settings--only the beta testers get that.

I assume you don't like Telegram Web, or forks like Kotatogram or Unigram? The developers of those desktop client apps specifically had an issue with how scrolling worked or would keep breaking for them in Telegram desktop.

Telegram Web is similar like the Telegram desktop from my experience, why do you prefer Telegram Web?

Would using Kotatogram or Unigram cause my telegram account to be banned?

This is the first time I heard of Kotatogram or Unigram, what are the benefits of them better than Telegram desktop?

Thanks

Telegram Web is more basic but scrolls correctly... because it runs in a web browser.

Telegram allows everyone to make their own client using the Telegram APIs. 3rd-party Kotatogram has different features over the stock client, some of which eventually made it into Telegram itself. Generally account banning is only an issue if you choose a client that has TOS-breaking features like ghost mode, and Kotatogram doesn't. However some of those many features are rather experimental so don't work quite right yet.
Unigram is kind of a special case as its developer has a close relationship with Telegram's so is closer to official than any other 3rd party app, and is even listed on the Telegram page. It's essentially like the familiar stock client reskinned to better fit Windows (it resembles a native Windows application and works with Windows features like the People app or Quick Replies) originally with extra emphasis on security, and is even available from the Microsoft app store. It is as stable and reliable as the stock client and worth trying to see if it fixes your scrolling issues.

How to get free trial for these 2 software before I buy?

Mouse Wheel AutoScroll https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9p9b3x3p9xsq?hl=en-US&gl=US
Cross-platform Auto Scroll https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nl7blsjj0kc?hl=en-US&gl=US

Which one is better?

What is the pro and cons of buying from microsoft store vs buying from software seller website? Did not buy anything at microsoft store before.

Is there a physical product that can keep on pressing and hold the keyboard arrow key (without my fingers pressing the keyboard key)?

Thanks
