[SOLVED] Automatic Maintenance to off, is that bad?

Under Control Panel -> Security and Maintenance -> Automatic Maintenance, I unchekced the box that said "Allow scheduled maintenance to wake up my computer at the scheduled time".

I did this because it kept waking my computer up in the middle of the night. Is that bad if I don't let Windows do it's "maintenance"? Thanks!

Its going to do it either way.
Having that checked simply means it can do it in off hours, when you're not using the system.
