Automatic repair couldn't repair your PC

I have this problem for the second time. The first time I've fixed it with system restore point and it worked. I THINK windows crashed after using front USB port. Now about one or two minutes after using front usb it happened again. Same problem. Log file: C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt . System restore point doesn't work. I've watched videos on youtube and tried all of that Cmd comands and still nothing. Now i want to boot new system from usb. Fast boot is disabled and legacy is enabled in bios. Usb flash drive is bootable. There is third problem, when i try to boot white dash blinks in upper left corner and nothing happens... One guy told me that motherboard is dead. Can someone help me? (Sorry for bad english, tell me if you dont understand something) first crash is about month ago, second is 3 days ago

what motherboard do you have?

Is secure boot disabled?

are you hitting a key when the cursor is flashing?

most run ins I have had with C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt result in needing a clean install so you on right track, just need to load installer.

Yes, it is. Today I tried with DVD and it works... With same BIOS settings. Thanks anyway! How much more time can I use this motherboard? What is best buy upgrade? AM4 socket, B450 chipset, ryzen up to 150 euros and what RAM? ( I've watched something like that)
