automatically asks to move it to recycle bin

After startup, any icon I click brings up the message, "Are you sure you want to move this file (folder) to the recycle bin?" Even after reformatting the same message appears. After a fresh install of Windows 7, same message. The message pane opens over 50 times which makes the computer freeze for a minute. Very strange!

Do you have any macros installed on the mouse?
Try connecting different input devices on the computer and check if the problem persists...Maybe there is something just wrong with some key configurations on the mouse. Also check that no keys are stuck on the keyboard like the DELETE key.
